Windows Boot faster on multicore processor

This will maximize processor usage on boot

1. Click Start > Run ( or press windows logo + R key )
2. Type Msconfig
3. Go to Boot tab
4. Click Advanced Options
5. Check Number off Processor, then select max number of Processor available on drop down menu
 as shown below :

6. Press OK > OK Then Restart When asked

Create Windows Installer on Flash Drive

1. Download small software called wintoflash here
2. Extract or open using Winrar/winzip or use default zip extractor from windows.
3. Insert windows installer ( you can use disk or mounted/extracted iso image )
4. Insert Flashdrive, contents will be erased, so.. backup it 1st
5. open wintoflash.exe and click accept for the 1st use.
6. click windows setup wizzard then click next.
7. Select Source of windows installer on "windows files path "
8. Select Destination/USB Flash Drive and click next
9. Wait for the proccess till finished

caution : Please ensure to set boot order from usb flash 1st or this won't work :D
